The Christmas lights are on!
Thursday 16th November saw Harrogate’s Christmas lights turned on throughout the town centre, marking the start of the festivities in Harrogate.
Harrogate BID are proud to fund each and every Christmas light in the town centre, which consist of over 100,000 LED bulbs.
The streets have been adorned with glitter garlands, mini drop lights, chasing rope lights, as well as the buildings, lampposts and trees to add a ‘touch of magic’ to the town in the lead up to the festive season.
Matthew Chapman, Harrogate BID Manager said: “Harrogate always feels magical this time of year and we as Harrogate BID are proud to play a major part in the Harrogate Christmas offer. A BID in Harrogate was originally facilitated with an additional festive offer in mind and we are committed to delivering this additionality year on year.”
