Honouring your expired card during the Pandemic

In view of the amount of time spent in lockdown and the length of time that businesses have had to close, Harrogate BID will honour gift cards that expired after 1^st November 2020 and those that are due to expire up to the end of July 2021, with an extension of 3 months.

In order to claim your 3 months extension, please email info@harrogatebid.co.uk stating the last 5 digits of the card number shown on the bottom left hand side at the back of the card. If you have lost or thrown your card away and still have, or can obtain, a copy of the receipt, please attach it to an email and send it to info@harrogatebid.co.uk for the card to be traced.

You can check the balance of your card using the QR code on the back or by visiting www.getmybalance.com and inputting the card details.
