Friday 19th July – Friday 2nd August
This Summer, we at Harrogate BID will be celebrating friendship through a series of spectacular town centre floral installations as we join the RHS to celebrate 60 years of RHS Britain in Bloom.
For over 60 years, Britain in Bloom has brought communities together through a shared love of gardening and has enriched the social lives of many. We know how important social connections are to health and wellbeing. This Summer, we would love to encourage you to visit the town with your friends or relatives and enjoy our floral displays, and don’t forget to share your pictures on social media with #HFSOC202
The installations will feature unique, vibrant and eye-catching floral displays, each representing a story of friendship. From a friendship bench to heart of flowers, there will be plenty of exciting things to see and experience.
Harrogate BID were extremely proud to have been awarded a Gold award in the 2023 RHS Britain in Bloom finals for the Harrogate Floral Summer of Celebration campaign, following the success in Yorkshire in Bloom 2022 where Harrogate BID won overall winner in the Yorkshire Rose Town/City Centre BID Category. Harrogate BID are hopeful to succeed once again in this years Yorkshire in Bloom competition.
The full trail locations will be revealed shortly.
