Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District) has today (Monday, March 14) launched a month-long initiative to bring visitors into Harrogate town centre to shop, eat and drink.
For the next four weeks, shoppers redeeming the most deals via the LoyalFree app, will be in with a chance of winning a number of exciting prizes, including Turkish Baths vouchers and a Harrogate Town Hospitality package
The LoyalFree App – which promotes deals, trails and events in Harrogate – allows BID levy payers to upload their special offers, completely free of charge. And since its launch last June, there have been more than 35,000 interactions from users.
Businesses participating in the Shop Local Win Big campaign include Hustle & Co, Infinity & Co, Crew Clothing, Sophie Likes, Richard Grafton Interiors, and Gron Kafe.
Harrogate BID Chair Sara Ferguson said: “The aim of our Shop Local Win Big campaign is to bring people into Harrogate town centre, where they can pick up a number of fabulous deals, and also be in with a chance of winning some great prizes.
“Businesses are signing up to the LoyalFree every month, and for those who are Levy payers it is completely free to upload special deals, and there’s no limit to the number they can load onto it.
“And for those coming into town, be it residents or visitors, the LoyalFree app is free to download and incredibly easy to use. Since we launched LoyalFree in June 2021, there have been just short of 1,000 interactions each week. It’s great for shoppers and great for businesses.”
