Harrogate BID has launched a coronavirus impact survey, so it can better understand what assistance businesses require now – and more importantly what support they will need once the lockdown ends!

The questionnaire, which is being sent out to BID members and can also be found on the Harrogate BID website, will help determine the type of projects the organisation will focus on in the coming months and beyond.

Harrogate BID’s Interim Manager, Simon Kent.

Harrogate BID Interim Manager Simon Kent said: “We have launched this survey to enable us to get a clear understanding of what our members are going through now, and what support at local, regional and national level they will require when Harrogate comes out of lockdown.

“One question specifically asks what support we, as the BID, can provide, including free Sunday buses, more events, grants to improve shop fronts and group buying deals.

“We hope as many businesses will use this as an opportunity to help shape our response to Covid-19 and ensure Harrogate is as best placed as it can be for when business resumes.”
