Harrogate Borough Council have released details of the Local Restrictions Support Grant, intended for businesses that were trading up until the national lockdown when they were legally required to close.
BID levy payers can still apply for one of its coronavirus re-opening grants, match-funded to a maximum of £750, which has been extended and can now be used to fund e-commerce websites and improve existing ones in support of online selling and ‘click and collect’, and providing home delivery services.
