Harrogate BID was pleased to welcome the Yorkshire in Bloom judges yesterday (July 23rd) to showcase the town’s floral offering and celebration event.
The BID team welcome the judges every year in a bid to claim top prizes at the Yorkshire in Bloom awards ceremony held later in the year.
Last year, both the BID and Harrogate in Bloom claimed a number of prizes for promoting the North Yorkshire town as a floral destination.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at Harrogate BID, said it was a pleasure to welcome the judges and guide them around the series Floral Summer of Celebration displays.
Bethany was also joined by Harrogate BID Chair, Simon Midgley and Nick Smith, Director of the Harrogate Flower Shows, to offering their insights along the judging route.
The Harrogate Floral Summer of Celebration remains in place until Friday August 8th, with eight dazzling displays located in different locations to brighten up the town centre, while also offering perfect photo opportunities for those taking part to create magnificent memories.
